I feel like I need one of these, but instead of for identifying emotions, it needs to be for how to deal with them. Like, in overwhelm, instead of going straight into escapism or wanting to curl up and stop existing, I should do x, y, z steps.
I love the "what I can control vs not control" infographic. That's my biggest focus right now: learning to accept (if not condone) the things I can't control while directing my energy toward what I can.

I've been reminding myself about nonresistance. But my gosh it's difficult. Most of the time it makes me feel powerless, not empowered.
